Foreplay — The Blessed Way Towards The Realm of Orgasms!

Foreplay or prelude is a combination of intimate physical and psychological activities between two or more individuals aimed to intensify partners' sex drive and excitement.
Foreplay is the fundamental phase of any lovemaking experience and should take place before any coitus occurs.
Most men and women who know what enjoyable sex is, are of the opinion that every sex session ought to start with a pleasant and long foreplay. And from here stems the question:

Is this part of lovemaking so important?

From psychological point of view, foreplay lessens one's inhibitions and boosts the emotional comfort within the relationship. From physical point of view, foreplay stimulates erection in men thus allowing them to easily penetrate a woman's holes. If speaking about foreplay and women, the former one provokes vaginal lubrication and erection of one's clitoris.

Foreplay and its content

Foreplay includes a wide range of activities, starting with the creation of a particular environment, usage of sensual love stuff, sex toys for couples and ending with giving compliments. A 'gesture' of foreplay can be considered a romantic atmosphere, subtle sexy comments, intimate conversations, licking or biting one's lips, wearing provocative lingerie, kissing, caressing, etc.
In a nutshell foreplay is related to both verbal and non-verbal behavior. It's a fact that during foreplay and intercourse both partners gain from good communication. If words do not come easy partners may resort to gestures and sounds to guide each other towards the 'right destination'.
Once a partner receives the feedback to his/her invitation, foreplay has begun and physical activities should interfere. Prelude could start with a massage, touch, kiss, hug, etc. Once the comfort levels are ascertained, the level of intimacy becomes more prominent. Thus lovers may recourse to other bold intimate activities such as:

French kissing;
massaging, caressing and touching one's erogenous zones;
undressing;
bondage and fetish activities;
erotic spanking;
performing oral sex on partner;
usage of adult sex toys
sexual role playing, etc.

Almost all individuals associate foreplay with the direct manipulation of partner's naked erogenous zones. For instance, in women, foreplay includes the stimulation of clitoris, nipples, vulva and anus. In men, besides anus and nipples foreplay includes the stimulation of penis and testicles. For both sexes the hot zones can be stimulated with partner's mouth, fingers, hand, tongue, male and female sex toys or other household objects.
However, direct manipulation of naked erogenous zones has nothing in common with foreplay if it is not a preparatory phase for further coitus. For example, mutual masturbation and oral sex are often considered final sexual acts that do not deal with foreplay.
Prelude ends when partners' sexual desires are intense; when their bodies and minds are really prepared for penetration and sexual contact.

Foreplay plays an important role when it comes to partners' libido, pleasure, frequency and intensity of orgasms, sufficient lubrication and enjoyable sex. These are the reasons why nobody should forget about this act of expressing love.
